Not only being an embedded SBC manufacturer, DM&P Group and ICOP Technology also devote to the processor kernel design. In 1997, DM&P announced the DM&P M6117D 386SX CPU, an Intel X86 compatible system-on-a-chip processor.

From the point of view of a CPU designer, ICOP knows how to enable an embedded application that other SBC manufacturers can not deliver because we know how to combine the advantage of CPU kernel modification with the software support. ICOP's embedded systems have been tested under Window CE, Embedded NT, Embedded Linux, DOS. Our hardware is made to be compatible with these operation systems. We also have the OS driver database for customer's OS inquiry.

Our mentality is to help customers cut down project time consuming and to drop their expenses in a new project. ICOP can offer customers with prototype samples with 5 weeks after confirming the specifications. It takes us less than 4 weeks to put a prototype sample into mass production after we receive customer's approval.
